National Career Service (NCS) project is a Mission Mode Project launched by the Ministry of Labour and Employment (India)Government of India to establish quick and efficient career-related services across the country by revamping the existing nationwide set-up of Employment Exchanges into IT-enabled Career Centers. It was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 20 July 2015 as part of the government’s focus on providing the right skills and generating employment.

Currently, there are 1000+ employment exchanges across the country being operated by the concerned state governments. The aim is to transform these exchanges into IT-enabled career centers providing a digital platform to various stakeholders in the employment market.

The Career Centers are a modified version of Employment Exchanges which serve as a platform for addressing all career-related needs of the youth and students.

Mr.Buddha Hari Kumar is working with Vignan's Insitute of Engineering for Women, Visakhapatnam, affiliated with JNTU-Kakinada as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. He is ratified by Andhra University for the post of Assistant Professor. He is a Noble Teacher, Thinking Researcher, and an Able Administrator. Earlier he worked as an Assistant professor in WISTM, Visakhapatnam, affiliated with Andhra University as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering for the period (June 2014-March 2022). He worked as an Assistant Professor in ASTRA, JNTU, Hyderabad for the period(Dec 2011- Feb 2013) Mr. Buddha Kumar is now pursuing a Part-Time Ph.D. Scholar, Department of ECE, Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology (Deemed to be University), He completed his M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Aurora Scientific and Technological Research Academy (ASTRA), JNTU, Hyderabad. He organized many Educational / Technical Fests & Department Association activities.
